Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our objects, we accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• An incorrect item was received

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Final Sale

All purchases are considered final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or fulfillment errors.

Each object is cast individually and may show slight variation in tone and texture. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Return Process

1. Contact us at casterre.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions
3. Once the item is received, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate

Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.
